Item 8.01.  Other Events.

Cascade reported segment information in its Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended January 31, 2006 using four geographic segments: North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and China.  In prior filings, China’s segment information was included as a part of the Asia Pacific segment.  Cascade has included in Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K quarterly segment information for its four geographic segments for each of the quarters in the two fiscal years ended January 31, 2006 and January 31, 2005.  This discussion, as well as the Exhibit 99.1, shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933.
