Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 1, 2007, Tuesday Morning Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing net income, earnings per share and final net sales for the first quarter ended March 31, 2007. The press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On April 30, 2007, the board of directors of the Company approved a change in the Company’s fiscal year from December 31 to June 30, effective June 30, 2007. The Company will file a transition report on Form 10-K for the six-month period ending June 30, 2007.
