On April 17, 2008, Cypress Semiconductor Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its consolidated results for the first quarter of fiscal 2008, which ended on March 30, 2008.  The press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
