Item  5.02      Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

On October 1st, 2008 the Company appointed Dennis Wink, age 61, to the position of Operational Logistics Coordinator.  From 2004 – 2008, Mr. Wink was the Operations Manager for Kettle Drilling overseeing exploration drilling projects in Alaska, Nevada, Washington, and Mexico.  He has been the co-owner of Wink International, Inc., an international exploration drilling company based in Juneau, Alaska for approximately thirty years.

A press release dated September 9, 2008 relating to an exploration update on the Company’s El Capitan property in Chihuahua State, Mexico is attached as Exhibit 99.1.

A press release dated September 30, 2008 relating to an exploration update on the Company’s La Josefina Gold-Silver Project in Santa Cruz Province, Argentina is attached as Exhibit 99.2.

A press release dated October 10, 2008 announcing conditional approval to list the Company’s common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange is attached as Exhibit 99.3.
