Item 8.01 Other Events

GFN today announced that the approval of its Board of Directors to switch the listing of its common stock, warrants and units from the American Stock Exchange to the NASDAQ Global Market became effective on September 18, 2008. The listing on the NASDAQ Global Market will become effective on October 1, 2008. 

A copy of the press release of GFN dated September 18, 2008 is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
