On December 10, 2012 we issued a press release announcing the launch of Nexafed® [pseudoephedrine hydrochloride (HCl)], a 30 mg immediate-release pseudoephedrine product, combining effective nasal-congestion relief with a unique technology that disrupts the conversion of pseudoephedrine into the dangerous drug, methamphetamine A copy of our press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
