On July 23, 2008, Pacific Capital Bancorp (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. The Company will include detailed financial statements and additional analyses for the quarter ended June 30, 2008, as part of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q.
