Kenneth F. Yontz, a director of AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. (the “Company”), advised the Company on September 2, 2006, that he will decline to stand for re-election as a director at the Company’s 2007 Annual Meeting of Stockholders anticipated to be held in April 2007.
