OTHER EVENTS.

On October 4, 2007, the registrant issued a press release announcing the initiation of preclinical studies supported by an NIH Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant, which are designed to further establish the therapeutic potential of Corgentin^™ (Ad5IGF-1) to preserve heart tissue and cardiac function following a heart attack (acute myocardial infarction). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
