On March 17, 2010, the Compensation Committee of our Board of Directors approved the following modification to the compensation of Walter P. Hanley, our Senior Vice President – Development and Associate General Counsel: an additional performance award under our Long Term Incentive Plan such that the aggregate range of his award percentages under such plan for the performance period commencing as of January 1, 2009 and ending December 31, 2011 increased from 140% - 200% to 175% - 250%.
