Item 8.01. Other Events.

On July 30, 2010, AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. (the “Company”) posted on its website and made available telephonically a replay of its investor conference call regarding its second quarter 2010 earnings where management also discussed the Company’s acquisition of Medfinders. As a result, a transcript of the call is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 herewith as additional soliciting material pursuant to Rule 14a-12 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
