On October 30, 2014, the Registrant issued a press release regarding the filing of a prospectus supplement outlining the terms of the previously announced rights offering of up to $625 million in aggregate principal amount of 8% senior notes due 2019 and warrants to purchase shares of the Registrant’s common stock (the “Rights Offering”), as announced in a press release filed by the Company on Form 8-K on October 20, 2014.
