On January 14, 2016, CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. (“CEMEX”) (NYSE: CX) informed the Mexican Stock Exchange (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores) that Victor M. Romo, current Executive Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of CEMEX, has decided to retire from CEMEX effective as of January 15, 2016.
