On August 25, 2016, Navios Maritime Holdings Inc. (“Navios Holdings”) issued a press release announcing the operational and financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2016. Continued Listing Standards Notice
On September 1, 2016, Navios Holdings issued a press release announcing it received notice from the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. (the “NYSE”) indicating that Navios Holdings has regained compliance with the NYSE’s continued listing standards.
