(2)	Shares owned by the Alexandra Nicole Bedell Trust ("Alexandra Bedell Trust"), a trust established by the reporting person for his granddaughter as to which he serves as trustee, but holds no pecuniary interest. Mr. Bedell disclaims beneficial ownership of all shares held in the Alexandra Bedell Trust.
