Item 8.01 Other Events.


On March 11, 2015, Auer Metals & Mineral (“AMM”) filed a Form 3 of Initial Statement of Beneficial Ownership with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) purporting to own a large stake of ownership of GelTech Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”). The Company is currently investigating this matter and will be seeking to have this Form 3 removed from the EDGAR system, as the Company is certain that the filing was made entirely without basis.  The Company has already been in contact with the SEC regarding AMM’s previous attempt to improperly obtain the Company’s EDGAR passcodes.
