Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers.
 
On April 3, 2018, Rob Sopkin notified Planet Fitness, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign as the Company’s Chief Development Officer.  Mr. Sopkin continued to serve in his position through April 4, 2018.
