On December 20, 2017 the Company announced that it will appoint Jeffrey Kluckman as the Executive Vice President of Global Business Development effective January 1, 2018. Mr. Kluckman will assume responsibility for all aspects of the Company’s global acquisitions as well as input into the Company’s strategic plan and vision. Mr. Kluckman will report directly to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. The press release announcing Mr. Kluckman’s appointment is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
