(b) On September 26, 2008, Minerals Technologies Inc. issued a press release announcing that Kenneth L. Massimine will leave his position as Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Paper PCC, effective October 1, 2008 and will retire from the Company effective April 1, 2009.
