On June 3, 2008, Donaldson Company, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that a Donaldson employee will ring The Closing Bell® at the NYSE on September 4, 2008 to celebrate the achievement of the Company’s first $2 billion sales year. The Company will disclose its year-to-date sales progress beginning on June 3, 2008 at its website at www.donaldson.com/en/about/sales.html. The year-to-date sales number that will be displayed is an estimate and will not have been prepared in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the U.S.
