On November 7, 2018, PPL Corporation ("PPL") issued a press release announcing that Robert A. Symons, Chief Executive of PPL's Western Power Distribution operations in the United Kingdom ("Western Power Distribution") has passed away. Philip Swift, formerly Operations Director of Western Power Distribution, has assumed the Chief Executive role. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
