The Bank has made the below disclosure to the Indian Stock Exchanges:

 

We refer to the email dated July 25, 2018 from BSE attaching a copy of the media report dated July 24, 2018 “SFIO receives complaints against ICICI Bank, L&T” and email dated July 25, 2018 from NSE referring to recent news item which appeared in the Newspaper-Financial Express dated 25-Jul-2018 titled “SFIO gets plaints against ICICI Bank, L&T”.

 

The news reports refer to complaints/plaints received by SFIO. We confirm that ICICI Bank Limited has not received any communication from SFIO in this regard.

 

We further inform that ICICI Bank Limited is not aware of any information that has not been announced to the Exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
