Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference are tables providing
additional detail regarding the Companys medical care costs for each of the four quarters of 2006
and for the first three quarters of 2007. All financial information in the tables is unaudited.
The Company first began reporting its medical care costs in the tabular format presented here in
its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q filed on November 8, 2007. The additional historical tables
covering each completed fiscal quarter to date since January 1, 2006 will better allow readers to
track the Companys performance with respect to its medical care costs over the last two years.
