Displate, the global marketplace for collectible metal posters, announced that Subhashini ‘Su’ Simha has joined the company’s executive team as its new chief marketing officer. In her new role, Simha will be primarily responsible for brand uplift, growth, and go-to market strategies of Displate’s new and existing products.
“My vision is to propel Displate to become the one stop shop, where anyone and everyone can find something they love – and express their unique personality and individuality in the space, be it their home or office,” said Simha. “In the short term, the plan is to boost the brand visibility and drive immediate expansion to untapped markets and segments. And in the long term, I hope to make Displate an iconic household brand that is known and loved by everyone.”
Bringing with her over 20 years of senior marketing leadership experience and expertise in global scaling business, Subhashini Simha joins Displate from N26 where she held the position of Global Director of Product Marketing. Prior to that, she worked as CMO & VP of Marketing at Bombardier, HelloFreshGO, FRAMEN (an Axel Springer company), Thru, Inc., Morressier, and has held Senior Marketing leadership roles at Microsoft and Mphasis, formerly part of HP.
Simha’s experience stretches far and wide across tech, fintech, ecommerce, manufacturing, and transportation. She holds an Engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from NIT, Calicut, India, and a Post-Grad Program in Marketing Management from the University of Washington, Seattle. She is also a frequent advisor to startup founders on brand, growth, and product-market fit and a highly rated speaker on industry-related topics.
