Allmark Door Acquires the Newcastle Location of Overhead Door Company of Delmar

Acquisition strengthens Allmark's proven service and solutions in Delaware

SPRINGFIELD, NJ and NEWCASTLE, DE / ACCESSWIRE / March 20, 2023 / Allmark Door, a leading commercial door and loading dock solutions provider in the Mid-Atlantic, announced today it will acquire the Newcastle location from Overhead Door Company of Delmar. As part of the acquisition, Allmark will retain the physical location, positioning the company to better support its current Delaware customers while extending its proven service approach to Newcastle's customers as well as others in the region.
