“Woebot Health is on a mission to make mental healthcare radically accessible and we are uniquely positioned to make that possible with solutions that meaningfully engage people at scale,” said Levy. “As we expand into partnerships with leading health care organizations, Sheetal’s remarkable mix of healthcare, business and product experience and his distinctive collaborative approach will help us to best serve our clients and their communities.”

A veteran digital health executive with more than 15 years of experience working with Fortune 100 companies and a two-time Health 2.0 Grand Challenge Prize winner, Shah joins Woebot Health from AI-powered healthcare CRM company SymphonyRM, where he led sales, marketing and customer success operations. At SymphonyRM, Shah built a team focused on enabling clients to improve patient outcomes through AI-powered engagement. Among these outcomes was an almost 90% readmissions avoidance in one patient population and a 350% increase in preventative health screenings in another. Before that, Shah was director of digital health at the Microsoft/Accenture joint venture Avanade, where he led the company’s digital health consumer and workplace solution offerings and go-to-market strategies for some of the world’s largest payors, providers and integrated delivery networks. Shah’s career also features work at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), where he was a solutions architect at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) bioinformatics and computational biology branch.

“Healthcare organizations are looking for what was seemingly impossible a year ago: enhancing access to care beyond the four walls, bending the cost curve, and scaling a provider workforce, all while simultaneously improving healthy equity, quality and well-being,” said Shah. “Woebot Health is at the center of achieving our generation’s healthcare moonshot in mental health and I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of it.”
