Collective Health Expands National Footprint into Texas with Grand Opening of Office in Plano

Leading health benefits platform establishes strong momentum with the opening of a bilingual customer experience center aimed at supporting its growing enterprise client base

Collective Health, the leading employee health benefits platform with integrated member advocacy, clinical navigation, and an extensive partner ecosystem, today unveiled its newest office location in the Dallas suburb of Plano, Texas. The Plano office recently welcomed about 100 new employees. With these additions, the total number of employees across the entire company, including its headquarters in San Francisco, California, and customer experience center in Lehi, Utah, now exceeds 750 people.

The new Plano office is an important hub for the company’s bilingual customer and member experience team, enabling Collective Health to further expand its support to Spanish-speaking members, as well as reinforcing its service experience for all clients.

“We are delighted to bring new opportunities, investment, and support to our growing client base in Texas,” said Ali Diab, CEO and co-founder of Collective Health. “This expansion allows us to continue our commitment to deliver a premier health benefits experience for our newest members, including employees at H-E-B, Daikin, and Academy Sports + Outdoors. We’ve seen tremendous growth in the region, and we will continue to support employers’ desire for innovative and value-maximizing health benefit plan solutions that they can be proud of. We look forward to being an integral part of the Plano community as we hire and scale.”

“I am thrilled to see Collective Health put roots down in the Plano community," said Jim Springfield, President, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas and 2024 Board Chair-Elect, Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce. “Collective Health’s mission to provide a high-quality, cost-effective health benefits platform and service to employers across the region will support the thriving business community and increase job opportunities for our local residents. I look forward to watching the company’s continued success in Texas.”

This expansion to Texas comes on the heels of Collective Health’s recent ten-year anniversary, where the team celebrated a decade of growth, progress, and results toward its goal of making it easier for people to understand, navigate, and pay for their healthcare. Since its beginning in 2013, Collective Health has grown to service over 500,000 members and 70+ enterprise clients nationwide.

Recognized as a Great Place to Work and recipient of a 2024 APEX Training Award, Collective Health builds a strong culture that celebrates and prioritizes professional and personal development. Collective Health looks to welcome over 50 new employees to its award-winning customer experience team in Plano by the end of the year.
