The Modern Data Company, [JW1] creator of DataOS®, today announced that DataOS has achieved Texas Risk and Authorization Management Program (TX-RAMP) Level 2 Certification from the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR).

DataOS [JW2] [JW3] is listed in the official TX-RAMP Certified Cloud Products register as a Platform-as-a-Service offering under certification ID TX1957178. The certification was achieved through the TX-RAMP Fast Track process and is currently active through July 13, 2027.

TX-RAMP [JW4] establishes a standardized approach for assessing, authorizing and monitoring cloud services used by Texas state agencies. The certification permits Texas state agencies to enter into or renew contracts for DataOS during the active certification period, subject to each agency’s security, risk-management and procurement requirements.
