American Apparel Shares Tumble on Debt Covenants Warning

American Apparel Inc. (APP) shares tumbled more than 45% to $1.58 a share on Wednesday after the apparel company said that it may violate its debt covenants beginning June 30 based on existing business trends. The co. also said it’s delaying filing of its quarterly 10-Q filing with the SEC – MW
