Cemex falls; Mexico stocks set to snap win streak

Mexican stocks head toward their first loss in seven on Tuesday, with shares of Cemex SA hurt after the cement giant swung to quarterly loss, and after a weaker reading of U.S. monthly consumer confidence put pressure on the overall market.
