U.S. judge OKs bonus for sole Blockbuster employee

NEW YORK, July 19 (Reuters) - Blockbuster Inc won court approval for a bonus plan for its sole remaining employee after the bankrupt movie rental chain agreed to cap the payout at $150,000.
