Binswanger has been named exclusive agent for the sale of the award-winning French restaurant Deux Chemineés located at 1221-23 Locust Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Formerly the Princeton-Yale Club of Philadelphia, Deux Chemineés has been run since 1982 by owner and head chef Fritz Blank. Due to his retirement, Chef Blank wishes to sell the property.
Comprised of two adjacent 19th Century townhomes, the property features several intimate dining rooms — such as the Chef’s Library, the Main Library and the Study — each of which include a fireplace. In addition, all kitchen and restaurant equipment, liquor and wine inventory, liquor license and rights to the name “Deux Chemineés” are included in the sale.
