Barclays upgrades Israeli tech sector

Putting aside, though clearly not ignoring, Israel’s difficult economic conditions, analysts at Barclays Capital are recommending a few firms tied to fast-growing tech trends, like provision of software and services over the Net — or cloud computing — as well as information storage and mobile handsets and delivery of information to them.
