Why Analyst Buy-Sell-Hold Ratings are Flawed

Earlier this morning, when I saw an analyst had upgraded Best Buy from an underperform to neutral, I tweeted: "No guts no glory. Either buy or sell. "Neutral" should be eliminated from the ranking system."
