Post Libor, Are Banks Stocks Worth the Risk?

With traders potentially facing criminal charges for fraud and conspiracy, other banks investigated and the embattled bank in a leadership crisis, the fallout from Barclays' Libor scandal shows no sign of ending anytime soon, Satyajit Das, author of "Extreme Money: Masters of the Universe and the Cult of Risk", told CNBC.
