September 12th marked Apple’s (NASDAQ:AAPL) launch of the most anticipated mobile device of the year. The brand new iPhone 5 is designed to plug the technical flaws and gaps of the 4 series, and also makes several key leaps in the process.
For starters, the new phone (launching in black and white from the start) is taller and sports a 4-inch (1,136 x 640 pixel) display, has a powerful new A6 processing chip, 4G LTE connectivity, and a controversial new dock connector named “Lightning” that is reversible and more durable.
