FOREX-Yen rises for 3rd day versus dollar, but down trend intact

*Yen's three-day gain versus dollar biggest since June 2012. NEW YORK, Jan 23- The yen rose against the dollar and euro on Wednesday, a day after the Bank of Japan disappointed investors who had hoped for more aggressive monetary easing, but the weaker yen trend looked intact.
