US Shares Seen Lower as China Curbs Property Market

U.S. stock index futures signaled a lower open on Monday, as shares in Asia and Europe traded lower on concerns about the U.S.'s unresolved "sequester" and the introduction of harsher-than-expected property curbs in China.
