According to the February 2013 MLS Report of the Houston Association of Realtors, February marked the 21st consecutive month of increased home sales with prices continually rising in the Houston area. Although the housing inventory in Houston is lower than it has been in recent years, there are still opportunities if one knows where to look, how to make quick and accurate assessments of value, and how to close the deal. RICH’s two-day seminar and bus tour furnishes the knowledge and tools needed to take advantage of the rebounding housing market.
The Realty Investment Club of Houston has been educating Houston investors for over 34 years. RICH educators are experienced local real estate investors who have done hundreds of deals and the RICH network model provides new investors with access to wealth a wealth of resources, funding and experience.
