Stocks Open Higher After Fed Minutes, S&P Near All-Time High

Stocks opened in positive territory Wednesday, with the S&P 500 near its all-time high of 1,576.09, lifted by upbeat economic news from China and after the Federal Reserve's latest meeting minutes.
