Drew Manning will be leading a new 12-week fitness program that teaches how to gain lean muscle mass, improve bone and organ health and lose fat.

PR Log - Apr 17, 2013 - Celebrity, Drew Manning, of Fit2Fat2Fit, has launched Fit2Mass, a new workout program that teaches men and women how to gain lean muscle mass, improve bone and organ health, and lose fat. Manning invites everyone to participate in the program with him. Manning will be posting his meal plans, work-outs and weigh-ins to Fit2Mass.com, so others can join his journey towards a stronger body and better health.

A primary focus in the Fit2Mass program will be gaining stronger lean body mass, which is everything in the body except for fat. Lean body mass includes more than muscle tissue. Lean body mass makes up the majority of the bodily structure.

Manning will be spending the next 12 weeks strengthening and building his lean body mass in an effort to create stronger bones, organs, and muscles.

Manning has prepared meals and workouts for the next 12 weeks to help build a stronger body.

This program isn’t just for men. Manning’s wife will also be embarking on the Fit2Mass journey, teaching women that gaining lean body mass doesn’t mean putting on bulky muscle weight. “My goal is to hopefully gain ten to fifteen pounds of lean muscle,” said Manning.  “My wife will probably put on 3 to 5 pounds.”
