Our workers compensation audit video describes how we help employers with their workers compensation audit disputes.

PR Log - May 01, 2013 - Upon receiving their workers compensation audit, many employers are suprised by how much their workers compensation premium has increased. If you've recently had a workers compensation audit, you should make sure that when you obtain a copy of your workers compensation audited premium to check the following:

1. Check the payrolls on your audit to see if any increased payroll from the policy is correct.

2. Check the experience modification on the audit to see if it has been increased from the policy.

3. Check to see if any debits have been added or been increased on audit.

4. Check to see if any classifications have been moved to a more expensive classification on audit.

5. Check to make sure that any possible deductions, i.e. overtime, have been deducted properly.

If you are unsure about any premium increases, contact your insurance company right away to try to resolve any issues.  If you are still not in agreement with the insurance company's findings, seek advice from a workers compensation expert.
