KPI Music adds contemporary music sensation to management and publishing roster

Her music is both inspiring and entertaining, with all original songs composed for her debut EP. Abigail is quickly catching the attention of industry insiders and fans alike. “Abigail’s music is destined to inspire young people around the world, and make a real difference in the fight against human trafficking,” said Steve McMillan | Young News.
From her earliest memories, Abigail was singing with her friends and family, in church and just about anywhere. However, it wasn’t until her thirteenth birthday, when Abigail asked for a guitar, and began to teach herself cords and riffs. From there, she began writing music, and quickly discovered an intimate and creative outlet for her teenage soul. A few years later, while attending a Passion Conference, Abigail became vividly aware of the human trafficking pandemic spreading around the world. “I couldn’t believe this was happening on such a catastrophic level, all over the world, including right here in America,” said Abigail. From that point on, this young artist was laser-focused on reaching people and sharing the truth of this global pandemic. In addition to her song writing, Abigail puts her passion to work, literally. Over the past 24 months, Abigail has traveled to Brazil, Mexico and Nepal, in an effort to share her faith, and encourage those with little remaining optimism or hope.
“When I tell people I’m home schooled, AND from Kentucky, they almost immediately formulate an opinion of me, and it’s become almost a fun challenge to tear down those misconceptions and reach people on a level that transcends the austerity of stereotypes.” With a budding catalog of music, inspired by her life’s observations, Abigail is carving a niche for herself, unlike anything currently being played on contemporary stations. “ I’m excited to introduce Abigail’s music to radio,” said Bo Allen {KPI A&R Director}. Allen continues, “She’s the real deal, and her lyrics are filled with the passion, humility and raw creativity that will speak to members of her generation.”
Abigail’s self titled EP will be released in mid-October, with some exciting press and radio tours being planned through the early part of 2014. For Abigail, she’s focused on achieving a personal goal to play for the PASSION Conference {www.268generation.com } at some point in the near future. “Passion is where this really began, and to play there would be like a dream,” said Abigail. For now, she’s content to promote the new EP, playing regional shows and generally spreading the word about her music.
