Firm’s president and CEO successfully completes ACCI examination for Manitoba
PRLog - Jan. 20, 2014 - WINNIPEG, Canada -- Imperial Properties, a leading condominium property management firm serving Winnipeg and the surrounding areas, has announced that President and CEO Adrian Schulz has received the Professional Associate accreditation from the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI).

To receive the accreditation, Schulz was required to submit an application with the Manitoba chapter, successfully complete a written exam and pledge to continually meet CCI’s code of ethics.

“Receiving the ACCI accreditation is a tremendous honor, and working with this valuable industry organization has been a great experience for both myself and our firm,” Schulz said. “The CCI provides outstanding guidance to condominium stakeholders including property management companies across Canada, and the Manitoba chapter has been particularly helpful to us in a number of ways. My goal is to leverage this accreditation as best I can to provide an even greater level of service to our clients across the Winnipeg area.”

Schulz has worked with Imperial Properties since 2007, helping the company become a front-runner in the local market when it comes to property management, project leasing and development consulting.

ACCI accreditation recognizes the proficiency, skill and knowledge of condominium management professionals, exceeding the already-high expectations the CCI has for its members and distinguishing individuals in their field. To maintain the designation, Schulz will be required to maintain his CCI membership, and engage in continuous education and training. In October, Schulz was named to the board of directors for the Manitoba chapter and attended the CCI National Leader Forum in Toronto.

CCI serves as the voice of condominiums in Manitoba, providing a national clearinghouse and research center for condo-related issues and activities, as well as offering education, training, publications, conferences and workshops. The nonprofit organization aims to create a viable and successful condominium community throughout Canada.

Imperial Properties has quickly become a leader in Winnipeg property management, offering a full suite of services for condominium, multifamily residential and commercial properties. The firm has received a number of local awards for its work in the region and is a member of FIABCI, the international real estate federation.
