PRLog - Feb. 3, 2014 - LEXINGTON, Ky. -- Michael Gale, Regional Property Manager for Andover Management Group in Lexington, Kentucky, announced today that Michael Orsinelli is stepping into management of Beaumont Farms Apartments in Lexington, Kentucky, effective Monday, February 3, 2014. Gale stated that Orsinelli comes to Beaumont Farms from Columns, a student housing community in Bowling Green that was also developed by Andover Management Group.
Orsinelli, who grew up in Loveland, Ohio, a suburb of Cincinnati, and attended the University of Kentucky from 2007 to 2011, said he is glad to be coming back to Lexington, adding, “I still have a lot of good friends that are living in the area, and I’ll be moving closer to family in Cincinnati.”
Gale stated that Michael had actually completed six months of management training at Beaumont Farms in 2011 before being assigned to Columns, and thus is familiar with the Beaumont Farms development.
Orsinelli said he looks forward to building strong relationships with the families at Beaumont Farms, similar to the relationships he built with Western Kentucky University students in Bowling Green. “I believe establishing good relationships with the residents is key, so they know they can come to me for assistance,” he said, and added, “I’m really looking forward to meeting the residents.”
Gale invited Beaumont Farms residents to stop in and meet their new manager. “Just take a minute or two to go by and get acquainted with Michael. We’re pleased to have Michael with us, and we’re looking forward to continued good service from our new manager,” he said.
