ETFs with 5-Year Losing Streaks

Since markets bottomed in March of 2009, few assets have let up in their relentless run, as the recent bull market has been one of the strongest in recent history. Still, while funds like SPY and DIA have been roaring forward, not all ETFs have been able to enjoy the same success.
