PRLog - May 19, 2014 - TROY, Mich. -- New to the market, Bean & Tea Co. have opened two new coffee shops in the Metro Detroit area. The first location opened in Troy (3495 Rochester Road) earlier in 2014 then in Madison Heights (1413 West 14 Mile Rd) last month. Bean & Tea Company are now working to open their third location in Clarkston (6315 Sashabaw Rd) this spring.
Bean and Tea Company pride themselves on buying local, Michigan made products ensuring that the beans are always fresh daily. They are committed to the communities and supporting any and all local businesses they can through their coffee shops.
Offering two continuously brewed coffees daily, the first is the Bean and Tea blend which is made up of four-parts South American and one part African which delivers a medium roast blend with a smooth after-taste. The darker roast, Portofino, conveys a deeper and bolder flavor for those who prefer a stronger coffee taste along with additional pour-over options of select blends along with a full line of espresso beverages.
Bean & Tea also offers 25 varieties of loose leaf tea selections including black, oolong, green, white, herbal and fruit infusions which you can order by the glass or take home to enjoy purchased by the ounce. Coffee selections are also sold by the pound at all locations.
“When my business partners and I decided to open Bean and Tea, one of the most important things was to stay true to our Michigan roots that we’ve put down and continue to buy local products for our shops,” says Gus Shukeireh, Partner. “We are excited for the possibilities that this venture has in store for it, just as we are excited to cater to a new category of market.”
