InspekTech selects Loqate’s address verification and geocoding cloud solution to verify customer addresses for inspection reports
PRLog - May 27, 2014 - SAN MATEO, Calif. -- Loqate, a leader in international address verification, today announced that InspekTech, a leading residential and commercial inspection company delivering quality, leading edge risk management services, has integrated Loqate’s address verification and geocoding cloud solution into its online web portal to enhance the customer experience during the inspection and reporting process.
InspekTech's web-based client portal uses Loqate's cloud solution to enhance the customers’ experience when placing inspection orders. Loqate’s software helps to pre-fill address form fields with street and city names based on postal code. Inspection risk addresses are automatically verified to check for correctness and the office is notified if any potential issues are detected so that remedial action can be taken. Previous to the integration of Loqate's cloud service, InspekTech’s billing system determined the region of each inspection using its postal code prefix. However, due to the overlap of some postal prefixes across multiple regions, this required manual supervision and corrections to ensure billing accuracy. Loqate's geocoding service provides InspekTech with a much more precise way to pinpoint the location of an inspection risk, thus helping to streamline the process of automatically billing inspections.
