Fashionista singing sisters release a single for the 2014 World Cup African teams and African fans
PRLog - Jun. 12, 2014 - RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil -- Major - made up of singing fasionista sisters Irene Major and Elsa Major - have just released their newest single, Umqombothi - African Heroes. This is an upbeat, danceable tune just in time for the 2014 World Cup.

The original version of this song (composed by Sello "Chicco" Twala and Attie van Wyk) was made famous by South Africa's Yvonne Chaka Chaka when she released it as a single in 1988.

Irene Major said, "We are children of the world... but we know where we come from and Umqombothi - African Heroes is dedicated to the teams, players and fans from the continent of Africa in the 2014 FIFA World Cup."

Elsa Major added, "Umqombothi is good times. We love Yvonne Chaka Chaka, we love our African teams and we love the World Cup."
