In trading on Thursday, oil & gas exploration & production shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 2.4%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Hercules Offshore (HERO), down about 9.2% and shares of Eclipse Resources (ECR) off about 7.6% on the day.
